Chương trình tuyển dụng Global Graduates Programme là chương trình tuyển dụng các bạn sinh viên năm cuối và đã tốt nghiệp với kinh nghiệm dưới 2 năm. Chương trình là cơ hội bứt phá để các bạn sinh viên có thể đạt được vị trí quản lý sau hành trình 18 tháng, với mục đích tìm kiếm các nhà lãnh đạo tương lai. Trở thành một Global Graduate, sinh viên có thể trở thành vị trí quản lý sau 18 tháng với mức lương hấp dẫn.
Để có thể tiếp cận đến thế hệ quản lý tương lại, chúng tôi mong muốn có thể giao lưu, kết nối với sinh viên Khoa Nông học, Trường Đại Học Nông Lâm, Đại học Huế và đem đến những cơ hội việc làm chất lượng thông qua Buổi chia sẻ này.
Thông tin Buổi chia sẻ như sau:
Tên Buổi chia sẻ: Global Graduates Programme 101 – Cơ hội cho sinh viên Khoa Nông học, ĐH Nông Lâm tại BAT Vietnam.
Đối tượng: Sinh viên năm 3 và năm 4, toàn bộ các chuyên ngành thuộc Khoa Nông Học
Mục tiêu: Tìm kiếm và chia sẻ về cơ hội việc làm cho sinh viên đại học Nông Lâm đối với các chuyên ngành nêu trên.
Thời gian 13h30, ngày 4/4/2023.
Địa điểm: Nhà Đa chức năng Trường Đại học Nông Lâm, 102 Phùng Hưng, thành phố Huế.
Các bạn đang thực tập tại các tỉnh ngoài Thừa Thiên Huế sẽ được kết nối trực tuyến qua phần mềm Microsoft Teams (link cập nhật sau).

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
British American Tobacco currently has an exciting new opportunity for the Global Graduate Program – Operations (in Leaf), to be based in our Vietnam Office, Dong Nai factory & Leaf Growing Regions. The role is an 18-month, fast-track development program to a management job for high potential fresh graduates and young professionals! The aim of the program is to raise future leaders of BAT in different functions.

What You Will Be Accountable For
Investment Materials
- Do the Cross-check on the process of Investment materials in growing areas in term of alignment delivery and to ensure OTIF delivery
- In charge the Materials purchase contracts and Investment Agreement with local suppliers
- Work with internal & external, local authorities and seed suppliers to provide materials timely
Admin
- Monitor the effective usage of leaf pool car
- Perform the smart spending on Leaf Admin activities in line with Overhead and dept claims
- EHS and 5S assurance for leaf team
- Perform team’s activities relating to travel policy, staff and other benefits in line with updated version of the Company
- Book air-tickets, rooms for team on biz trips
STP: ensure the compliance for local leaf development
- Prepare STP forms for deployment in growing areas
- Prepare the Governance and action plan for the implementation
- Be in charge of STP reports and activities
- Perform periodical Audits to ensure on-track and timely
- Manage FSM tablets device + Card
Local Green Leaf purchasing
- Manage green leaf purchase at GLT conveyor to ensure smooth operation
- Update the green leaf receipt volume
- Prepare documents for payments.
- Prepare leaf purchasing contracts
Green leaf
- Do the Cross-check in growing areas in term of alignment and prepare the update reports.
- Evaluation crop and implement crop profile.
- Control chemistry sample process,
- Follow up with suppliers for warehouse set up and time delivery re-grading
- Manage re-grading at supplies warehouse to ensure the green leaf quality meet standard
- Implement green leaf quality assessment process, manage green leaf quality buying meet standard.
Pack leaf
- Monitor processing at GLT, ensure pack leaf quality meet standard.
- Control threshing process, all practises follow LSM last version
- Implement trial pack and set up trial pack inspection.
- Do daily inspection
- Check Processing report and update
CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?
- Do you possess an Agronomy/Plant protection/Crop science Degree or tertiary education certification in Agriculture?
- Are you interested to venture into manufacturing?
Essential Experience, Skills And Knowledge
- Graduated with Bachelor or Masters from a reputable university majoring in Agronomy, Forestry, or a relevant major.
- Graduates with less than 2 years of work experience are encouraged to apply
- Leadership demonstrated through extra-curricular activities
